[Breaking] Babri Masjid Demolition Case Judgment on Sep 30 [Read Order]

The Special Court has concluded the Trail of Babri Masjid Demolition and the Judgment will be pronounced on 30th September 2020. Special CBI judge SK Yadav will pronounce the verdict in the criminal trial. The Court has directed that all accused including Shri LK Advani shall be present in Court.

Earlier the Supreme Court had extended the deadline for the conclusion of Trial and Delivery of Judgment till September 30 for a CBI court t in the Babri Masjid demolition case, in which senior BJP leaders LK Advani, Murali Manohar Joshi and Uma Bharti face criminal charges as accused. [Read Here]

The time was extended on the specific Request of the Special Judge.
