The High Court of Bombay at Aurangabad on Friday ruled that, a ‘child’ defined under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 can file an application under Section 438 of the Cr.pc seeking Anticipatory Bail. In this case, previously the anticipatory bail was rejected by Single Judge Bench of Bombay High Court
