Recently, the Allahabad HC upheld the conviction of a police officer for killing his sister (sororicide). The bench of Justices Attau Rahman Masoodi and Ajai Kumar Srivastava was dealing with the appeal challenging the judgement and order passed by Additional Session Judge, Bahraich whereby the appellant has been convicted under Section 302 and 307 IPC.
