Allahabad HC Issues Notice in Plea Challenging Awadh Bar Association’s President Election 2021

On Thursday the Allahabad High Court, at Lucknow, issued notice to the Awadh Bar Association’s Elders’ Committee and the returning officer in response to a petition challenging the result on the post of President of Awadh Bar Association. Advocate Anand Mani Tripathi who was contesting for the President was defeated by Advocate Rakesh Kumar Chaudhary
