The Allahabad High Court has issued a show cause notice to an advocate, Abhay Pratap, practicing in the Maharajganj court, asking why criminal contempt proceedings should not be initiated against him for allegedly stalking and sending obnoxious and disturbing messages, as well as casting indecent remarks against a lady judicial officer on her Facebook account.
