Allahabad HC asks the UP government about the timeline for filling vacancies in Revenue Courts

On Wednesday, the Allahabad High Court directed the UP government to file a statement stating the time required to fill up existing vacancies in Revenue Courts in the State. The Division Bench asked the Standing Counsel to appear before them on 24.02.2021 with all the details regarding filling up the vacancies. Background of the Case:-
