Agnipath Scheme | Supreme Court Transfers All Petitions to Delhi HC- Know More

The Supreme Court on Tuesday directed that the petitions challenging the Central Government’s Agnipath Scheme, which were pending before it and various High Courts, be transferred to the Delhi High Court. The High Courts, in the alternative, may keep the petitions pending, according to the Bench of Justices DY Chandrachud, AS Bopanna, and Surya Kant.
