The Centre moved Minister of State Prof S P Baghel to the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Thursday, just hours after transferring Kiren Rijiju from the Law Ministry. This was necessary following the appointment of Arjun Ram Meghwal as Minister of State with Independent Charge of the Ministry of Law and Justice.
