Adhoc Employee Can’t be Replaced by Another Adhoc Employee, Rules Supreme Court

The Supreme Court has stated once again that an ad hoc employee cannot be replaced by another ad hoc employee, but must be replaced by a regularly appointed candidate.  A Bench comprised of Justices L Nageswara Rao and BR Gavai while hearing appeals regarding the appointment of teachers in Madhya Pradesh colleges passed this Judgment.
