On Tuesday, the Supreme Court rules that the acquittal of a delinquent employee in a criminal case will not stop the employee from going forward with a disciplinary inquiry. As per the Bench of Justices DY Chandrachud and Surya Kant court in the exercise of judicial review of disciplinary proceedings should restrict the said review
