On Thursday, the Supreme Court issued notice in a plea filed by Congress MP Karti P Chidambaram who sought a review of Apex Courts judgement Vijay Madanlal Choudhary versus UoI wherein it upheld the power of arrest, attachment, search and seizure conferred on the Enforcement Directorate under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act of 2002.
