In an unprecedented move, Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay of the Calcutta High Court today encouraged journalists in the courtroom to videotape the proceedings, reported India Today. At 3:00 p.m., Justice Gangopadhyay’s single-judge bench convened to hear the West Bengal teacher recruitment scam case, in which he had summoned Anubrata Mondal’s daughter Sukanya, along with five others.
