Whether “Ram Bharose” Remark By Allahabad HC was Justified? SC to Examine

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court stated that it would examine how far the constitutional courts could venture into issues exclusively in the executive domain related to Covid management. According to the Apex Court, the courts need to respect the demarcation of power given under the constitution even though it tried to be fair to everyone.
