Petition Seeks Independent Probe

Appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Senior Advocate Manan Kumar Mishra informed the bench that the application requests a time-bound investigation to be conducted either by the Central Bureau of Investigation or by a retired judge of the Supreme Court.
