The Centre has notified the appointment of nine Additional Judges to the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
Union Minister of State for Law and Justice Arjun Ram Meghwal announced the appointments on Thursday, stating that the President had made the appointments in exercise of the powers conferred by the Constitution of India and after consultation with the Chief Justice of India.
The nine appointees are:
- Monica Chhibber Sharma
- Harmeet Singh Deol
- Pravindra Singh Chauhan
- Rajesh Gaur
- Puja Chopra
- Sunish Bindlish
- Minderjeet Yadav
- Divya Sharma
- Ravinder Malik
All nine have been appointed as Additional Judges of the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
