BREAKING- CJI Ramana Approves SCBA Proposal to Elevate Supreme Court Lawyers as HC Judges: Claims SCBA

SCBA has claimed that the Chief Justice of India (CJI) NV Ramana has agreed to the Supreme Court Bar Association’s (SCBA) request to consider elevating Supreme Court lawyers as High Court judges and has asked the Chief Justices of the High Courts to consider elevating lawyers practising before the apex court to their High Courts.
