Senior advocate and former Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) president Adish C Aggarwala has authored a new book titled ‘Modi’s Niti Shastra: The World’s His Oyster’, which explores the legal transformations witnessed in India during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s tenure.
According to a press release issued on Sunday, the book provides an in-depth analysis of the legal changes introduced during Modi’s three terms as Prime Minister. It highlights an area the author believes has not been sufficiently acknowledged in mainstream discussions — the evolution of India’s legal system under Modi’s leadership.
“As Prime Minister Narendra Modi completes an unprecedented 11 consecutive years in office, the spotlight has largely been on his transformative impact in politics, economics, social equity, citizen welfare, national security, and governance,” the release noted.

“Yet, one crucial area that has received relatively limited attention is the remarkable evolution of India’s legal landscape under his leadership,” it added.
The book is positioned as a comprehensive chronicle of what the author views as a legal revolution, examining reforms, legislative initiatives, and structural changes undertaken during the Modi administration.
