The Supreme Court Collegium has reshuffled three judges currently serving at the Telangana High Court.
Justice Sujoy Paul, whose parent High Court is Madhya Pradesh and is presently posted in Telangana, is being transferred to the Calcutta High Court. His return to the east will enrich the bench with experience from central and southern jurisdictions.
Justice C. Sumalatha and Justice Lalitha Kanneganti (PHC: Telangana) are being transferred to the Karnataka High Court. This move addresses the judicial requirement in Karnataka and introduces diversity in experience on its bench.
Justice Annireddy Abhishek Reddy (PHC: Telangana), currently posted in Patna, is being repatriated to the Telangana High Court, further strengthening its composition.
