In a significant administrative development, the Delhi High Court has revised its daily schedule for court sittings and lunch breaks on all working days. As per the notification issued by the General Administration-I Branch (No. 13/G-4/Genl.-I/DHC), the revised timings have been approved by the Hon’ble Full Court.

According to the notification dated May 14, 2025, the new schedule effective immediately will be as follows:
- Court Sitting: 10:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M.
- Lunch Break: 1:30 P.M. to 2:30 P.M.
- Court Sitting: 2:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.
This move partially modifies the Court’s earlier Notification No. 39/Genl./DHC dated January 15, 2009.

In addition to the change in timings, the Full Court has also resolved that the fourth Saturday of every month, which was previously observed as a holiday for the Registry, will henceforth be treated as a regular working day for the Registry staff.
