On Wednesday, a Constitution Bench (Five Judges) of the Supreme Court pronounced its judgement in a clutch of Petitions challenging the Maharashtra Socially and Educationally Backward Classes of Citizens (SEBC) Act, 2018, which provides reservation to Marathas in education and Jobs.
