Madhya Pradesh High Court Upholds Jyotiraditya Scindia’s Rajya Sabha Election Amidst Allegations

In a significant ruling, the Madhya Pradesh High Court has dismissed an election petition that challenged the legitimacy of Union Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia’s election to the Rajya Sabha in 2020. The petition, filed by former Minister and Congress leader Govind Singh, accused Scindia of concealing information about a criminal case during his nomination process.
