Panasonic India and its Retailer Found Responsible by Consumer Court for Failing to Resolve Issues with Newly Purchased LED TV

In a recent verdict, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission No.1 in Visakhapatnam ruled in favor of consumer Dalll Archana in a case against Panasonic India Private Limited and other parties—the commission, comprising President Smt. Dr. Gudia Tanuja, Member Sri Varri Krishna Murthy, and Woman Member Ms. Rahimunnisa Begum issued the judgment on the Consumer Complaint.
