Bombay HC Grants Bail to Accused Of Possessing 50 Kgs Ganja, Finding No Reason For Search After Sunset

In a recent development, the High Court of Judicature at Bombay granted bail to Shivraj Gorakh Satpute, a young individual facing trial under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act).  The decision, pronounced by Justice SMT. ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI on September 15, 2023, came after the court found procedural irregularities in the case.
