Husband Lands in Legal Trouble After Wife Sees His Traffic Challan Camera Photos With Another Woman

Installing contentious road safety cameras on Kerala’s roads has caused headaches for the state government and an individual who, accompanied by a female friend, rode a scooter without wearing a helmet in the capital city.

The Motor Vehicle Department forwarded the photographic evidence captured by the advanced cameras, revealing the man’s violation of traffic regulations.

This incident sparked domestic strife within his family, eventually leading to his arrest and the filing of a police report.

The man from Idukki was riding a scooter with his female companion through the city streets on April 25 without wearing a helmet.

Because the wife was listed as the vehicle’s owner on the Registration Certificate, a notification containing the violation details and the corresponding fine was sent to her mobile phone.

After receiving the message, the wife confronted her husband, inquiring about the identity of the female passenger captured in the photograph.

Despite the 32-year-old man’s claim that he had no connection with the woman and had offered her a ride on the scooter, his wife remained unconvinced. The couple’s disagreement turned into an argument.
