Madhya Pradesh HC Denies Bail to Politician Over “Kill Modi” Remark

The Madhya Pradesh HC on Tuesday declined bail to public leader for using filthy and intimidating language in speech conspiring to commit murder of the Prime Minister. The bench of Justice Sanjay Dwivedi stated that “it is not expected from a public leader to use foul language disparaging the image of President and Prime Minister.”
