Supreme Court Agrees to Hear Google’s Appeal of NCLAT Order

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court agreed to hear Google’s petition in connection with a 1337-crore penalty imposed by the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for alleged anti-competitive practises in relation to Android mobile devices.
