Recently, the Allahabad High Court directed the State Bar Council to conduct an inquiry for taking necessary action against an Advocate whose name appeared on advertising leaflets for property sale, purchase, and dispute resolution, among other things. The Bench of Justice Subhash Vidyarthi, was hearing a bail application and while parting with the case observed:
