The Supreme Court on Wednesday ruled that Writ Petition against Pvt school raising service dispute is not maintainable. The bench of Justices Aniruddha Bose and J.B. Pardiwala stated that the CBSE is only a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and the school affiliated to it is not a creature of the statute
