Virtual Court as a Fundamental Right? Plea in Supreme Court

A legal journalist and a lawyers’ body have filed a plea in the Apex Court challenging a judgement of Uttarakhand High Court wherein it terminated functioning of virtual courts, and the court has reverted to physical hearings. The petitioner in the case is a legal journalist and the All India Jurists Association (a lawyers’ body).
