Violation Of Retrenchment Procedure Under Section 25F and 25G warrants Reinstatement and Not Just Compensation: Gujarat HC

Recently, the Gujarat High Court reiterated that once a labour court concludes that Section 25F,G and H of the Industrial Disputes Act have been violated then reinstatement of the workman should follow. These observations were made by Justice Biren Vaishnav while hearing a batch of pleas challenging the Labour Court wherein Rs 72000 in compensation
