Vaccine Can’t be Made Mandatory- Supreme Court Upholds Centre COVID Vaccination Policy With Certain Directions

The Supreme Court ruled on Monday that, while no one can be forced to get vaccinated, the government’s current vaccination policy in terms of restrictions imposed on individuals is not arbitrary. A bench of Justices L Nageswara Rao and BR Gavai ruled that the current vaccine policy cannot be called unreasonable based on available evidence
