Uttarakhand HC Acquits Ex-MP DP Yadav in Bhati Murder Case

The Uttarakhand High Court on Wednesday acquitted Uttar Pradesh’s politician and Former Member of Parliament DP Yadav in the Bhati murder case. The court has acquitted DP Yadav, reversing the 2015 decision of the CBI court. The CBI court convicted Yadav and sentenced him to life imprisonment in the murder of Dadri MLA Mahendra Bhati.
