Recently the Allahabad High Court has granted anticipatory bail to a man accused of raping his daughter-in-law, noting that it is unnatural for a father-in-law to rape his own daughter-in-law alongside another person in our Indian culture. The bench of Justice Ajit Singh observed as it granted accused-Babu Khan anticipatory bail (father-in-law of the victim).
