Two-wheeler Riders Must Wear Helmets, Directs High Court

A division bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, headed by the Chief Justice, expressed displeasure over the State Govt’s status report on mandatory helmet use by two-wheeler riders on Monday. The Court said action to penalise people not wearing helmets while riding a two-wheeler should reflect on the roads and not just on paper.
