The Supreme Court recently observed that the time period excluded u.s 14 Limitation Act can’t be counted for the purpose of computing the period for which the delay can be condoned. As per the Bench of Justices Sanjiv Khanna and JK Maheshwari, the exclusion of time is different and it can’t be equated with condonation
