Supreme Court Upholds Constitutionality of Section 3 of NGT Act

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court upheld the constitutional validity of Section 3 of the National Green Tribunal Act of 2010 that provides for the establishment of the National Green Tribunal. The Bench of Justices KM Joseph and Hrishikesh Roy rejected the petition filed by the MP High Court Bar Association challenging Section 3 of NGT.
