The Supreme Court took serious note on Monday of banners being erected to celebrate the release on bail of a rape suspect. After the accused was released on bail, a bench comprising of CJI NV Ramana, Justice Krishna Murari, and Justice Hima Kohli was informed that banners with the phrase “Bhaiya is Back” were erected.
