The Supreme Court has given interim relief from arrest to a man accused of raping a woman on the pretext of marriage. A bench of Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Justice Bela M Trivedi issued notice to the Rajasthan government and others on the appeal filed by the individual against the order of the High Court.
