Recently, the Supreme Court stated that it can’t direct that the mortal remains of a Foreign Citizen should be brought for obsequial ceremonies to India. The bench of CJI. Dr Dhananjaya Y Chandrachud and Justices J B Pardiwala and Manoj Misra were dealing with the petition directing the Respondents to facilitate the process of transportation
