The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the appointment of three Additional Judges of the Delhi High Court as permanent Judges. Justice Girish Kathpalia, Justice Manoj Jain, and Justice Dharmesh Sharma have been deemed fit and suitable for this elevation. The recommendation follows a unanimous decision by the Delhi High Court Collegium on March 12, 2024.
