The Allahabad High Court on Wednesday stated that Section 311 CrPC should be invoked when it is essential for the just decision of the case. The bench of Justice Subhash Vidyarthi was dealing with the application challenging the order passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, whereby an application filed under Section 311 Cr.P.C.
