On Tuesday, the Supreme Court affirmed the Allahabad High Courtโs order directing the demolition of the twin 40 storey towers in the Emerald Court project of Supertech Builders in Noida due to violation of building norms. The Bench directed that the appellant Supertech should carry out the demolition within three months at its own expense
