The Supreme Court has transferred to itself the petitions pending before the Delhi High Court seeking an uniform age of marriage for both women and men. The petitioner in this case is Adv Ashwini Kumar who was represented by Senior Counsel Geeta Luthra and the matter was heard by CJI Chandrachud and Justice PS Narasimha.
