The Supreme Court has set aside the appointment of Dr Rajashree MS as the VC (Vice Chancellor) of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Kerala. The Bench of Justices MR Shah and CT Ravikumar passed the order in a plea filed by Prof. Dr Sreejith PS challenging the VC appointment for being violative of UGC stipulations.
