SC Seeks Central Government’s Response in Pleas Seeking Constitution of GST Appellate Tribunal

The Supreme Court has asked Centre to file its response in a batch of pleas seeking directions for constituting a GST Appellate Tribunal on priority in the interest of justice. The Bench of Justices DY Chandrachud and Hima Kohli has asked the Centre for its response in a plea filed by the Revenue Bar Association
