The Supreme Court of India has identified a Sessions Court judge in the state of Uttar Pradesh who, in the opinion of the bench, needs to be sent to a judicial academy for skills upgrading. The court made this observation while considering compliance of its guidelines in the case of Satender Kumar Antil v. CBI.
