Right to Protest Does Not Eclipse Merely Because Issue is Pending Before Constitutional Court, Says AP HC

In a recent case, the Andhra Pradesh High Court stated that a petitioner will not be denied the right to protest on an issue simply because he has approached a constitutional court on the same issue.  A Bench of Justices Ahsanuddin Amanullah and B.S. Bhanumathi observed this while hearing a Petition relating to pay scale.
