Remand Orders Can’t be Passed as a Matter of Course, Rules Supreme Court

Recently, the Supreme Court remarked that an order for remand can’t be passed as a matter of course.  According to the Bench of Justices S Abdul Nazeer and Krishna Murari, when both sides have led documentary and oral evidence, the Appellate Court has to decide the appeal on merits instead of sending the case back
