Reasonable time for producing a witness to prove the plaint averments Should be given: Supreme Court

The Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled that, a reasonable time for producing a witness to prove the plaint averments as also other supporting material shall be given. The bench of Justices Hemant Gupta and Vikram Nath was dealing with the appeal challenging the judgment and order passed by the Karnataka HC in Regular First Appeal
