The Rajasthan High Court, presided over by Justice Dinesh Mehta, issued a notice to the Russian Embassy/Government of the Russian Federation in response to the plea of wife and children of Hitendra Kumar Garasiya, who died in an accident in Russia and his mortal remains have been lying in Russia for the last four months.
